j999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing j999 or any of its products — including sports betting, cricket betting, casino games, poker, jackpot slots, fishing games, and card games — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of j999 regardless of how they access the platform, whether via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any application provided by j999.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

j999 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on j999. This is a non-negotiable requirement. j999 takes underage gambling seriously and will permanently close any account found to belong to a player under 18, with any remaining balance forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active j999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms. j999 monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any accounts found in violation of this rule. Funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering on j999, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false information — including a false name, incorrect date of birth, or inaccurate payment details — is a breach of these Terms. j999 may request verification documents at any time. 2.4 Geographic Restrictions

j999 is designed for players in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing j999 from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted for personal use. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you. j999 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the national level for the operator.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your j999 login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. j999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact j999 support immediately. j999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

3.2 Account Currency

All j999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, game wagers, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. j999 does not charge currency conversion fees. What you deposit in PKR is what you bet and withdraw in PKR.

3.3 Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. j999 will notify you by email before any inactivity measures are applied. j999 reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity maintenance fee from inactive accounts after the relevant notice period. 3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your j999 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. j999 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be subject to account verification status
• Single-transaction limits and daily/weekly aggregate limits may apply and will be communicated in your account settings

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

j999 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times from request submission are: Easypaisa and JazzCash — 5 to 15 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay — 5 to 30 minutes; IBFT bank transfer — 1 to 4 hours; Visa/Mastercard — 1 to 3 business days. j999 does not charge its own fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside j999's control.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

j999 may require identity and payment method verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals to a new payment method. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. j999 will request the minimum documentation necessary and will process your withdrawal as quickly as possible following successful verification.

4.5 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that you own outright and are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any other illegal means is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on j999 are subject to acceptance by j999. j999 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed when j999 has accepted it and issued a confirmation reference. Until that confirmation is received, no bet is binding on j999.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet on j999 sports and casino markets is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and bet type. For major cricket and football events, higher maximum limits apply. j999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on specific markets, events, or for specific accounts at any time.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, obvious pricing errors, system errors that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, or where j999 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void bets are returned to your j999 balance in full.

5.4 Palpable Errors

If j999 displays clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), j999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds, even after the event has concluded. j999 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly. This provision protects the integrity of j999's markets and is not designed to be used to void legitimately priced bets.

5.5 Parlay Accumulators

Parlay (accumulator) bets on j999 combine multiple selections into one bet slip, with odds multiplying across selections. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. If one leg is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining legs at reduced combined odds. Maximum parlay legs allowed on j999 is 20.

5.6 In-Play Betting

During live in-play betting on j999, odds update in real time. There may be brief suspensions in market availability during critical moments in a match (e.g., when a wicket falls or a goal is scored). j999 is not liable for the inability to place an in-play bet due to a market suspension. Bets already accepted before a suspension remain valid unless they fall under the void bet provisions above.

6. Casino Games

All casino and live dealer games on j999 — including jackpot slots, poker, card games, fishing games, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar — operate under the following rules.

6.1 RNG Fairness

All non-live games on j999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a live game disconnects mid-round, j999's system will resolve the bet according to the outcome that was recorded at the time of disconnection.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction during any casino game, j999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers for that round. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this is a standard condition that applies across all j999 casino games.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

j999 offers bonuses and promotions to Pakistani players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated when the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all j999 bonuses.

• Bonuses are for the registered account holder only — they cannot be transferred, sold, or shared
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms
• j999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including from players who have already received the offer but not yet used it

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on j999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using j999 if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate j999's platform, servers, or software
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, play games, or interact with j999's systems
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game on j999
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, fraud, or theft
• Using j999 to launder money or process funds for third parties
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit any bonus or promotion in a manner inconsistent with genuine play
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing j999 staff or other players
• Sharing your account with, or betting on behalf of, another person

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Closure by j999

j999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if j999 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms in any material way
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose
• The account holder has provided false registration information
• The account holder is under 18 years of age
• The account holder is accessing j999 from a restricted jurisdiction
• Security concerns require immediate account restriction to protect the player or j999
• A court order or regulatory direction requires account action

When an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, j999 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, j999 will return the verified balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Changes to These Terms

j999 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j999 will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, j999 will also send an email notification to registered players. Continued use of j999 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
